Shipping to Israel is free unless a different charge is clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is generally up to 14 business days from order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Timing may change because of carrier delays, demand, customs, weather, or circumstances outside the store's control.

Tracking and delivery details

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details and for being available to receive the shipment.

Delayed or missing delivery

If 14 business days have passed and the order has not arrived, contact us with your order number so we can check the shipment status.
